Consent to the processing of personal data and to receiving advertising and informational messages from ARTAR CONSTRUCTION LLC: terms, periods and withdrawal procedure.

This document sets out the terms on which a user of the Artar Construction website gives consent to the processing of personal data, as well as a separate consent to receive advertising and informational messages.

1. Consent to the processing of personal data

By giving the relevant consent on the Artar Construction website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give ARTAR CONSTRUCTION LLC consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out in this document.

1.1. Personal data

Depending on the form used and the information I provide, the Operator may process:

first name;
last name and patronymic, if provided;
email address;
phone number;
information about the organization and position, if provided;
the content of an inquiry, request, application or chat message;
information from a résumé, if I send it in connection with a vacancy;
other information I voluntarily provide to the Operator.

To confirm that consent has been given and to ensure the operation of the website, technical information may also be processed, including the IP address, the date and time of the action, information about the browser and device, the address of the website page and other technical data.

1.2. Purposes of processing

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

handling inquiries, requests and applications for works and services;
providing answers and estimates and maintaining feedback, including in the chat on the website;
preparing, concluding and performing contracts;
considering a candidate for a vacancy;
confirming that consent has been given;
complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator;

1.3. Actions with personal data

The Operator may perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, retrieval, use, transfer in cases provided for by law, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing may be carried out with or without automation tools, or by a combination of both.

1.4. Transfer of data to third parties

Where necessary, the Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties that ensure the operation of the website and the infrastructure used by the Operator, including providers of hosting and the website platform, technical support, email and SMS messaging, communication services and automated text processing, information and software systems.

Transfer and entrusting of processing are carried out only where there is an appropriate legal basis and in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.5. Term of consent

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the user, unless a different period of storage and processing is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

After consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue to process personal data if there are other grounds provided for by law.

1.6. Withdrawal of consent

The user may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a request by email to artar.c@bk.ru or by post to: office 548, 1A Nikolaya Ershova St., Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, 420061.

The request should include information that makes it possible to identify the user and the consent previously given.

1.7. User confirmation

By giving consent, the user confirms that they:

act freely, of their own will and in their own interest;
have provided accurate information;
have read the Personal Data Processing Policy;
understand the purposes and terms of personal data processing;
have been informed of the right to withdraw their consent.

2. Consent to receive advertising and informational messages

By giving a separate consent to receive advertising and informational messages, the user agrees that ARTAR CONSTRUCTION LLC may send them messages of an advertising, informational and marketing nature.

2.1. Content of messages

The user may receive:

company news;
information about service lines, services and completed projects;
special offers and terms of cooperation;
invitations to events;
other informational and advertising messages from ARTAR CONSTRUCTION LLC.

2.2. Communication channels

Messages may be sent to the contact details voluntarily provided by the user, including by email, SMS, messengers and other electronic communication channels.

2.3. Use of personal data

To send messages, the user's name, email address, phone number, messenger contact details and information about giving and withdrawing consent may be used.

2.4. Term of consent

Consent to receive advertising and informational messages is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the user.

2.5. Unsubscribing

The user may opt out of advertising and informational messages at any time: by using the opt-out method indicated in the message received, if one is provided, by sending a request to artar.c@bk.ru, or by contacting the Operator in any other available way.

Upon receiving the request, the Operator stops sending advertising messages in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Opting out of advertising messages does not prevent sending messages required to respond to the user's inquiry, perform a contract, ensure security, comply with the law, or other messages that have their own legal basis.

3. Final provisions

3.1. Consent to the processing of personal data and consent to receive advertising and informational messages are separate expressions of the user's will.

3.2. Refusing to consent to advertising mailings does not prevent the use of the publicly available materials of the website.

3.3. The current version of this document is published on the website.

3.4. Matters not governed by this document are subject to the Personal Data Processing Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
